4. Main Equipment for the Potassium Fertilizer Granulation
Production Line Project
4.1 Raw Material Crusher
It is mainly used to crush lumpy potassium fertilizer, with a
crushing particle size of ≤ 0.5mm.
4.2 Potassium Fertilizer Granulator
Also known as high-pressure double-roll extrusion granulator (or
ball press machine), it uses relatively high extrusion force to
process powdered potassium fertilizer into irregular or regular
spherical granules.
4.3 Screening Machine
It screens out qualified granules to enter the next process link,
and returns unqualified large granules or small particles to the
crusher for reprocessing.
4.4 Packaging Machine
It packages the qualified granules screened out to be ready for
sale.
4. Parameters
Note: The tablet rolling output and finished product output are
reference values; the screen plate shall be determined based on the
properties of the material.
