1. Potassium hydroxide: Select potassium hydroxide with higher
purity to ensure the quality of the final product.
2. Phosphoric acid: Generally, industrial grade phosphoric acid is
used, and the H3PO4 content is above 85%.
2. Manufacturing process
1. Ingredients: Add potassium hydroxide and phosphoric acid to the
reactor in a certain proportion. Generally speaking, the molar
ratio of potassium hydroxide to phosphoric acid is 1:1.
2. Reaction: In the reactor, potassium hydroxide and phosphoric
acid undergo a neutralization reaction to generate potassium
dihydrogen phosphate and water. The reaction temperature needs to
be controlled during the reaction, generally in the range of 50-80°C. At the same time, stirring is required to ensure uniform
reaction.
3. Filtration: After the reaction is completed, remove impurities
that may exist in the reaction solution, such as unreacted

5. Centrifugal separation: Separate the crystallized solid from the
mother liquor by a centrifuge to obtain a crude potassium

6. Granulation: Crush the crude potassium dihydrogen phosphate
product, or directly use a double roller press granulator or a
rotary drum granulator to process the ungranulated product.
6. Drying: Place the crude product in a drying device to remove
moisture attached to the surface. Generally, hot air drying or
vacuum drying is used.
7. Screening: The dried product is screened to remove the part that
